Meet Our Team

has owned and operated CRADC since 2011. She has been a caregiver for 25 years, in addition to helping care for her brother her whole life. She enjoys traveling with her husband and children when she can get away; one of her favorite moments at the center has been when a member threw their shoe overboard on a pontoon outing!

has been with CRADC since 2018 and has been a caregiver for 10 years so far. She enjoys spending time with her family and being out on the river when she’s not at work. Sydney’s favorite thing to do with our members is start random dance parties. Her favorite color is green and her favorite food is avocado toast.

Nate has been a caregiver at CRADC since 2016 and has been a caregiver for 28 total years. He enjoys video games and building lego sets with his grandson when he is not at work. His favorite moments at CRADC is the bell ringing outing because the members are such wonderful carolers. Nate’s favorite color is orange and he loves sushi.

Andrea has been a caregiver at CRADC since 2018, and has been caring for others always. She has three wonderful daughters and enjoys riding motorcycles in her time away from work. Her favorite memory at CRADC is knowing she’ll be greeted every day with smiles. Andrea’s favorite color is flamingo pink and her favorite food is shamrock shakes.

has been a caregiver for CRADC since 2014 and has been a caregiver in total for 55 years. Her

favorite moments at work include getting hugs from her friends; she feels unconditionally loved by her members. Her children, Mindy and Daren, are her greatest joys in life. She works hard in her garden when not at work. Nancy’s favorite color is blue.

Chuck has been with CRADC since 2014. He enjoys spending time with his kids and shooting pool when he’s not at work. Chuck’s favorite color is black and his favorite food is pork chops. His favorite moment at work so far has been taking walks with members.

Marra started with CRADC in 2023 and has been caregiving 4 years. Her favorite moment with CRADC so far has been being able to make a difference in people’s lives. Marra’s favorite color is lime green and her favorite thing to eat is crab rangoons.

Charley started with CRADC in 2023 and enjoys caregiving greatly. His favorite moment so far has been hanging out with his “trouble-maker” friends and learning about everyone’s favorite movies. When he’s not at work, Charley enjoys video games and his current events club. His favorite color is Orange and he likes Pizza.

Karis started with CRADC in 2023

and fell in love with caregiving. She is pursuing a social work degree with Carthage College and her favorite moment with CRADC

so far has been getting to know all the members and staff. Karis’s favorite color is green and she loves seafood.

Mallory started with CRADC in 2020 and her favorite moment

with CRADC so far has been getting hugs from all the members. When not at work, she enjoys taking care of her Huskies! Mal’s favorite color is red and her favorite food is hotdish.

Alivya started with CRADC in 2023

and has fallen in love with adult care! Outside of work she enjoys riding her horses and atv, but at

work she has a passion for Zamboni-ing ;). Alivya’s favorite color is red

Dixie started with CRADC in 2019 and her favorite moment with CRADC has been supporting such wonderful people. When not at work, she enjoys walks with her German Shepards and worshiping at church! Dixie likes the color is and her favorite food is.

Becca started with CRADC in 2022 and has enjoyed many different rolls here! When she’s not at work she loves spending time with her husband and kids. So far, Becca’s favorite moment at work has been community outings at the day center. Her favorite food is pizza and her favorite color is purple.

Mandi started with CRADC in 2023, and she is a devoted caregiver. Her favorite thing with

members is hanging out and watching movies! She loves to sing and dance along! Mandi’s favorite color is purple, she loves

steak, and she enjoys cleaning and decorating.

Marcy started with CRADC in 2023 and is a busy busy caregiver! Outside of work, her favorite thing to do is spend time with family and friends. Marcy’s favorite color is blue and she enjoys tacos. Her favorite part of work is is building connections with our members.

Paul has been with CRADC since 2012 and has been a caregiver most of his life! He loves to garden and collect records in his free time, and his favorite part of work is interacting with the members. Paul enjoys the colors black and gray

Saveah started with CRADC in 2022 and has been an asset to the group home ever since! In her free time, she likes spending time with her dog and playing guitar. Saveah’s favorite part of work is being a part of an amazing team and making people smile. Saveah’s favorite color is PINK, and her favorite food pancakes!

Maddi started with CRADC in 2023 and her favorite part of work is making residents smile :) Her favorite color is purple and she LOVES sushi. Outside of work she likes to read!

Angel started with CRADC in 2023 and has loved her journey into caregiving so far. Her favorite moment with the members is chillin with Ty when he just wants some 1:1. Angel spends time cuddling her dog and doing diamond paintings when not at work! Her favorite food is cheese #Couldn’tBeAVegan
